Mr. Haney is the president and CEO, of Haney Inc, Certified Public Accountants, based in Roseville, California. He is an author, presenter, expert witness, and trainer at the local, regional and national levels on community association accounting, major repair and replacement reserve forecasting, and budgeting. He is a consultant on operations and governance matters for common interest communities.

His background includes founder and board chairman of Sunrise Bank, Senior Vice President, CFO of Security National Bank, Senior Management Consultant for KPMG, Senior Account, Price Waterhouse Cooper, as well as an accountant for Aero Jet General.

Mr. Haney has given extensively of his time and knowledge to his community as a founder and board member of CFO, Youth Golf Association and as a board member and finance chair of a large non-profit hospital system.
