Marla Mott-Smith Bowers
CEO

Marla has been involved in event planning and continuing education for over 30 years for the Community Associations Institute (CAI); California Department of Real Estate; Building Industry Association of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties; and the World Affairs Council of Ventura County, among others.

She has worked closely with attorneys, CPA’s real estate and insurance professionals, land developers and builders, as well as non-profits. Marla has served as a marketing and business consultant to many types of businesses, both large and small. She is a former California real estate broker and been president of many boards of directors.

Marla has served as chair of the CAI Utah Legislative Action Committee as they drafted and sponsored a major bill in the Utah State Legislature. She was honored by the CAI National Board of Trustees for her efforts.

She has raised thousands of dollars on behalf of non profit organizations.

Harold Collins Bowers, II (Collie)
CFO

Collie is the retired owner of four successful small businesses and now enjoys volunteering. He served as volunteer board president for a Park City resort condominium for 20 years.

He currently volunteers at a hospital, caring for paraplegics, quadra paraplegics, children and the elderly. In 2008 he was named one of four "Utah Volunteers of the Year."
